What are your store hours?
Our hours can vary slightly from store to store. Just enter a zip code or city/state in our store locator to check the hours at a specific location.
Can I have an item special ordered?
Yes. If you don’t find an item at your local Westlake Hardware, we can order more than 60,000 items from Ace Hardware. If Ace Hardware doesn’t have it, we can also order items directly from the manufacturers featured in our stores.
What credit cards do you accept?
Westlake Hardware stores accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
Is there a Westlake Hardware credit card?
Westlake Hardware does issue a commercial and business credit card for businesses, self-employed individuals, and rental properties. At this time we do not offer individual/consumer charge accounts.
Download the application above or pick up an application for a commercial/business account at any Westlake Hardware store. When you complete your application, you can scan and email to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax it to 913-888-8665, mail it to the address on the application or return it to any Westlake Hardware location.
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase to any Westlake Hardware within 30 days.
If you have a receipt, we’ll refund the amount of the item(s) in the same way as your purchase. Cash purchases will receive cash. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card account.
If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll give you store credit for the amount of the item. You may only use that credit at the store where the credit was issued.
Can I get a replacement receipt?
Yes. Simply contact the store where you made your purchase.
Do merchandise credits expire?
No. Your merchandise credits are always good at the store where they were issued.
Where can I use merchandise credits?
You can only use store credits at the Westlake Hardware store where the credits were issued.
Who do I contact regarding lost/stolen merchandise credits or if there are problems with my merchandise credits?
Contact the store that issued your merchandise credits.
How do I sign up for ACE Rewards?
There are two ways to sign up for an Ace Rewards Account:
- Complete a quick application at any Westlake Hardware store. When you’re finished with the application, a cashier will activate the card with your purchase. This lets you begin to accumulate points immediately.
- Sign up online. Once you’ve completed the registration process and received your account number, you can use it on your next purchase.
How does the ACE Rewards program work?
It’s easy! You receive 1000 points just for completing the application. After that, you receive points every time you use your card when making a purchase. For every dollar you spend at Westlake Hardware, you receive ten points. You receive double points for Ace Red Hot Buys.
For every 2,500 points you accumulate, you’ll receive a $5 Reward Card from Ace. You’ll receive extra reward cards for your birthday, special holidays and exclusive offers.
You also have the opportunity to sign up for the Ace Rewards website, which lets you spend your points online.
Who do I contact with changes, comments or problems regarding Ace Rewards?
For questions concerning your Ace Rewards account, call customer service at 1-866-290-5334. To update your account information, you can either call customer service at the same number or visit any Westlake Hardware location.
How do I buy a Westlake Hardware gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at any Westlake Hardware location or order them online.
Where can I use my Westlake Hardware gift card?
You can use your Westlake Hardware gift card at any Westlake Hardware location. Click here to find locations.
Who do I contact regarding lost/stolen Westlake Hardware gift cards or if I have a problem with my gift card?
Contact the store where the card was purchased. If you bought your gift card online, call 1-800-848-4307.
Where/how do I get rebate forms?
Your cashier should give you any applicable rebate form at the time of your purchase. Some rebate forms are also available online through ACE Hardware at AceHardware.com.
Who do I contact regarding the timing or processing of a rebate?
Many rebates take between six and eight weeks to process. If a rebate is taking longer than expected, there are a few ways to check on its status:
- Contact the store where the item was purchased.
- Go to AceRebates.com.
- Call 1-800-477-4137.
