Grilled Loaded Nachos

Everything you love about nachos with that distinct grill flavor. It'll make you ask yourself why everything isn't cooked on the grill.


  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • guacamole
  • salsa
  • sour cream

Grilling Instructions:

  • Preheat grill.
  • Sprinkle black beans with lime juice and a pinch of salt and stir.
  • Place a single layer of chips on sizzle and serve plate.
  • Top with half of cheddar, black beans, corn, jalapeño slices, cherry tomatoes, and green onion.
  • Add another layer of chips and remaining ingredients.
  • Grill until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.

For indoor use: Prepare in a 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
